Implement EUC practices consistent with CMMC Level 2, Zero Trust architecture, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks

Ensure endpoint environments maintain compliance with STIGs, DISA/NIST guidelines, vulnerability mitigation timelines, and audit-ready documentation

Oversee endpoint management technologies such as Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity services, and device encryption

Maintain accurate SOPs, workflows, asset inventories, and compliance documentation required for inspections and cybersecurity audits

Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and business units to ensure seamless and secure end-user operations across all service providers

Drive modernization initiatives across EUC and MSP-supported environments, including automation opportunities, lifecycle improvements, and capability enhancements

Act as an escalation leader for complex or multi-provider EUC incidents, coordinating root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)

5+ years of hands on experience supporting and managing Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment

5+ years of experience administering and supporting iOS devices through MDM/EMM platforms (e.g., Intune, MobileIron, Workspace ONE)

Experience overseeing or managing multiple Master Service Providers (MSPs) and ensuring alignment to performance SLAs and compliance requirements

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, Microsoft 365/Intune certifications, or Apple ACSP/ACMT

Experience implementing or supporting CMMC Level 2/Level 3 technical practices in an operational IT environment

Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks including DISA STIGs, NIST 800 171, and Zero Trust architecture

Background supporting secure environments within federal contracting, DoD programs, or other regulated industries

Demonstrated ability to lead cross team projects involving cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and external service providers

Experience with identity and device management technologies such as Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security tooling

Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, compliance evidence, and SOPs for audits or assessments
